To make my Potatoes au Gratin taste and feel extra special, I added both ricotta cheese and a touch of sour cream to my recipe, and the result was divine!  If you’ve got a nice, big food processor like I do, you’ll have a fun and easy job slicing up the potatoes nice and thin.
